We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Automation Product Manager to join our team. About the Role

This is a key role within our finance transformation team with an opportunity to influence finance strategy and deliver a strategic evolution of our finance technology solutions to improve the finance user experience.

  • Evaluate and prioritize business processes for automation opportunities
  • Develop and implement automation solutions to increase efficiency and streamline business processes
  • Manage a team of developers/product owners/BAs
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for automation and propose innovative solutions to meet business needs
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5-7 years' experience designing automated process solutions
  • 3+ years' experience managing a team of developers/product owners/BAs
  • 3+ years' experience of Scrum methodology and Agile development practices
  • Experience in low code/orchestration application development
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or SQL
