The ideal candidate will have experience in managing apprenticeship or traineeship programs and possess strong organizational and project management skills. They should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Development: Develop and implement comprehensive apprenticeship and traineeship programs in collaboration with senior leaders, department managers, supervisors, and training providers.
  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Coordinate the recruitment, selection, and onboarding process for apprentices and trainees, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Compliance and Administration: Ensure all apprenticeship and traineeship programs comply with relevant legislation and industry standards, maintaining accurate records and documentation for all apprentices and trainees.
  • Mentorship and Support: Provide ongoing support, guidance, and mentorship to apprentices and trainees, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or relevant apprenticeship qualification.
  • Full EU/Irish driving license.
