Financial Administrator Role Overview

We are seeking an ambitious and detail-oriented Financial Administrator to play a vital role in the hotel's month-end processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

  • Assist in closing the books on time each month by accurately processing financial transactions.">
  • Oversee day-to-day financial operations for the hotel, including revenue management, accounts payable, and payroll processing.">
  • Identify areas for improvement in financial processes and implement changes as needed.">
  • Participate in monthly reporting, including preparing P&L statements, balance sheet reconciliations, and cashflow analysis.">
  • Ensure adherence to finance policies and procedures.">
  • Support business partners in building accurate and timely activities.">
  • Contribute to ensuring the hotel runs efficiently while delivering exceptional guest experiences.">
