  • The ideal candidate should have 8–10 years of product management or related experience in financial services.
  • A strong understanding of stock plan services, brokerage platforms, and institutional technology is essential.
  • The ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without formal authority is crucial.
  • Experience in agile environments, with a focus on iterative delivery and continuous improvement, is highly valued.
  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Deep curiosity, strategic thinking, and a client-centric mindset are required.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills are necessary.
