As a senior manager, you will oversee transformation initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in the Tax & Law service line.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement transformation projects to improve processes within the service line.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Establish full-scale project plans and associated communication documents.
  • Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
  • Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • Plan, schedule, and track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables using suitable tools.
  • Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential issues, and devise contingency plans.
  • Conduct post-project assessments and create recommendations reports to evaluate successful and unsuccessful project elements.
