Campus Recruiter Role

Seeking a skilled recruiter to join our team in Dublin.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to think strategically.

You will be responsible for interviewing and assessing campus candidates, leveraging your expertise in mathematics and statistics to inform recruiting decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments of quantitative campus candidates.
  • Develop creative strategies to attract top talent from universities across Europe.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, interviewers, and candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Attend careers fairs, campus events, and on-site events for our programs.
  • Apply an analytical approach to inform recruiting decisions and improve the hiring process.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in mathematics, engineering, physics, or computer science with coursework in probability, statistics, and combinatorics.
  • Experience with Excel preferred, but not essential. Basic programming experience also beneficial.
  • Strong appetite to learn how to interview students using quantitative concepts.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills.
