Supporting Senior Management

This reputable organization seeks an exceptionally organized and professional Senior Office Administrator to provide high-level support to senior management. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, be proactive in managing administrative tasks, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Provide executive level administrative support, including calendar management, travel coordination, and expense tracking
- Prepare and circulate management meeting reports and minutes
- Create presentations, reports, and spreadsheets to support business initiatives
- Organize events, meetings, and manage printing and document preparation
HR and Administration:
- Draft employment contracts and oversee onboarding for new hires
- Maintain employee records and HR documents such as performance reviews and leave tracking
- Manage maternity leave processes and payroll coordination
- Respond to employee HR queries and maintain confidentiality of records
- Update HR policies and monitor legislative changes in collaboration with senior management
