Experience a dynamic and exciting nightlife as we seek an exceptional Entertainment Venue Manager to lead one of our prestigious venues in Dingle, Co. Kerry.

This role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of our entertainment venue, ensuring that guests have an exceptional experience by maintaining high standards of service, safety, and entertainment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales growth and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Manage staff performance, providing coaching and guidance to ensure excellent customer service and team cohesion.
  • Maintain high levels of customer service, adhering to our venue's quality standards and best practices.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns, events, and promotions.
  • Monitor financial performance, identifying opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.
  • Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and licensing requirements.

Requirements:

  • 3+ Years Experience as an Entertainment Venue Manager in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
