Clinical Assessment Specialist:

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech and Language Therapist to conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments and develop treatment plans for individuals with Neurodevelopmental conditions.

The successful candidate will have a BSc in Speech and Language Therapy or an equivalent qualification, as well as experience in conducting diagnostic Neurodevelopmental/ Specialist developmental assessments with children.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments using established diagnostic tools.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.

Requirements:

  • BSc in Speech and Language Therapy or an equivalent CORU registered Speech and Language qualification.
  • Experience in conducting diagnostic Neurodevelopmental/ Specialist developmental assessments with children.
  • Current CORU registration.
  • Knowledge of DSM-5 diagnostic criteria and appropriate assessment tools for Autism and learning disability.
  • ADOS-2/ ADI-R trained.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
