Main Responsibilities:
  1. Weighbridge Operations: Monitor and control entry to the site by lorries, vehicles, contractors, and the general public, ensuring all waste and deliveries meet entry requirements.
  2. Record Keeping: Record all waste movement on and offsite in the appropriate system and administer related paperwork, including weighbridge dockets and electronic files.
  3. Administration Support: Provide administration support for wastes or products moving offsite, including docket generation, invoice creation, and daily reports.
  4. Liaising with Staff: Liaise with other staff and operations personnel to ensure compliance, traffic, delivery, and waste movement issues are addressed promptly.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and time management skills, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and a high level of attention to detail. They will also have experience in an administrative role and proficiency in computer software, including Excel.
