Key Responsibilities:- Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on mechanical plant equipment, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
- Respond to helpdesk requests and carry out daily operational checks to ensure all equipment operates safely and complies with legal and technical standards.
- Coordinate and oversee external contractors for maintenance activities, managing projects from start to finish.
- Support operational teams by resolving technical issues efficiently, providing expert advice and guidance as needed.
- Experience working with plant equipment such as boilers, chillers, HVAC, and water systems.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent customer service and a proactive, hands-on approach, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
This is a shift-based position working 24/7, 4 days on and 4 days off, with 12-hour shifts. As a Mechanical Systems Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and operating plant equipment, utilities, and critical systems, driving efficiency and effectiveness throughout the organization.
You will work in a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth and development, contributing to the smooth and safe operation of essential facilities.
