Additionally, you will be responsible for developing, reviewing, and updating policies and procedures to align with legal obligations and industry best practices.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections and audits, diligently monitoring recommendations and driving the implementation of improvements.
- Play a pivotal role in mentoring and developing junior team members, providing guidance and support in their professional growth.

Your Requirements
- Strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Proven leadership skills with a strategic thinker approach and a demonstrable track record of leadership impact.
- Experience in implementing and supporting ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 audits, and knowledge of COMAH sites and DSEAR risks are highly advantageous.
