Chief Product Development Specialist

The Product Engineer plays a vital role in ensuring the production team delivers high-quality products that meet customer expectations. This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills to investigate and resolve complex issues effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical support to the production team members.
- Evaluate product performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Audit repair processes to ensure compliance with established procedures.
- Promote best practices to deliver robust and efficient processes.
- Lead investigations of process problems and implement corrective actions.
- Investigate and issue written reports on non-conformances relating to product quality.
- Analyze opportunities for cost improvements and implement changes.
- Measure and monitor rework costs and reasons for variance.
- Develop specifications for new equipment purchases and qualify/accept modifications.
- Implement process improvements and monitor successful achievement of proposed savings.
- Degree level in Materials or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years experience in an engineering role.
- Strong analytical/problem-solving skills.
- Effective decision maker with attention to detail.
