Senior Global Mobility and Employment Tax Professional

This is an opportunity for a skilled professional to join a global leader in mobility services as part of their 15 hour left team.

As the only stand-alone global mobility business, they offer a unique opportunity for clients, stakeholders, and employees.

You will have the opportunity to collaborate with diverse clients and support career growth through international assignments.

  • Advise tax, payroll, finance, and HR teams on employee and employer tax and social security implications.
  • Develop workforce tax planning strategies to optimize tax efficiency.
  • Provide insights on global mobility programs and tax considerations.
  • Oversee tax aspects of mobility, including equalization, protection, and planning.
  • Manage tax disputes and resolve mobility-related challenges.
  • Assess and mitigate permanent establishment risks across jurisdictions.
  • Collaborate with legal teams to ensure employment tax compliance.
  • Deliver training sessions on workforce tax matters.
  • Build strong client relationships to support long-term business success.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA) – Irish Tax Institute qualification.
  • Strong knowledge of Irish employment tax, PAYE, PRSI, USC, and international tax treaties.
  • Experience with expatriate taxation, cross-border employment, and mobility policies.
