In this role, you will be responsible for greeting customers, providing personalized consultations, demonstrating products and promoting our range of makeup and skincare products. You will also be expected to meet and exceed sales targets, upsell and cross-sell related beauty and skincare items and ensure the makeup section is well-organised, clean and visually appealing.

  • Experience in a retail position, ideally within beauty or cosmetics
  • Passionate for makeup and skincare
  • Customer relationship management and data capture targets
  • Adaptable and confident in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive and can-do attitude

To succeed in this role, you should be punctual and flexible to work retail hours, including bank holidays and weekends. You will also need to be personable with a customer-centric mindset.
