Job Description

We are looking for a senior-level network security engineer with a strong background in technical support or consultancy roles. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, be able to work on their own initiative, and be an integral part of a dynamic team.

The role requires managing complex changes for managed services customers' networks, providing technical escalation for network security engineers, and attending site to resolve issues if required. You will also participate in the on-call rota, providing support to clients and colleagues 24x7.

To succeed in this role, you will need a strong knowledge of network infrastructure security, including firewalls, routers, switches, and associated network protocols and concepts. Industry certification is an advantage, but not essential.
