Job Description

This is a senior leadership position that requires a unique blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and interpersonal skills. As a Senior Account Creation Manager, you will lead our account creation efforts across the software portfolio. You will partner with a distributed engineering team to roll out updates to our account management services and work closely with stakeholders across software, marketing, privacy, legal, and business to enhance the account creation process.



Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of account creation strategies and roadmaps
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align account creation processes and reduce friction
  • Collaborate with privacy experts to ensure compliance with GDPR and other regulations
  • Manage data deletion processes and develop comprehensive analytics to inform decision-making
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization


Qualifications

  • Proven track record of success in product management and leadership roles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and interpret data
  • Experience working on account creation, GDPR compliance, data deletion, or similar projects
