Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine breakdown repairs and maintenance work on Automated Material Handling Equipment and Systems across Ireland and Northern Ireland sites.
  • Deliver excellence and provide customer-centric services, working closely with our service support team based in the UK.

Agile Proactive Maintenance Services:

  • Conduct Gemba Walk Inspections at Customer sites to identify potential issues and prevent downtime.

Continuous Improvement and Development:

  • Ensure your level of training, competence, and experience aligns with the job requirements.
  • Continuously develop your skills and knowledge to stay up-to-date with industry developments.

Customer Satisfaction and Added Value:

  • Improve all aspects of customer satisfaction through effective communication and coordination.
  • Identify opportunities to increase sales and add value for customers.

Administration and Deliverables:

  • Use Service and Maintenance processes to ensure deliverables and administration are produced according to Company standards.

Health and Safety:

  • Ensure personal safety and the safety of others by following Company health and safety policies and procedures.
