We are seeking a seasoned professional to proactively identify and attract high-caliber candidates for our operations sites.
- Develop tailored sourcing strategies and deliver high-quality pipelines that support our long-term hiring needs.
The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to work as part of a team, previous mentorship experience, and experience sourcing and recruiting Engineering and R&D roles within highly regulated industries.
Leverage advanced search techniques, such as Boolean logic, X-ray searching, data mining, and targeted outreach, to identify and engage passive talent.
Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis to provide insights into talent availability, compensation trends, and location strategies.
Key responsibilities include:
- Strategic Sourcing Partnership: Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to develop and implement effective sourcing strategies.
- Proactive Talent Sourcing: Identify and engage high-potential candidates through advanced search techniques and targeted outreach.
- Market Intelligence: Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform recruitment decisions.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and efficient processing.
- Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze key metrics to evaluate recruitment performance and inform future strategy.
