Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Power Platform specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in designing, implementing, and optimizing solutions that leverage Microsoft's low-code and no-code tools.

Your expertise will empower businesses to create custom applications, automate processes, and analyze data effectively. You will be a champion of Microsoft best practices and influence the team towards excellence.

This is a hybrid contract role with an expectation to visit our office in Central Dublin, Ireland during the week.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions using the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, etc.).
- Design end-to-end Power Platform solutions aligned with business and IT strategies.
- Define architecture standards, best practices, and governance models.
- Lead technical workshops and solution design sessions with stakeholders.
- Create system architecture diagrams, data models, and flowcharts and code-review of team work.
- Develop in .Net/C#/Javascript/TypeScript, Creation of Custom Workflow Activities, Plugins, PCFs. Implement business logic, workflows, and user interfaces.

Required Skills:
- Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate, and Dataverse.
- Extensive experience in designing enterprise-grade Microsoft Power Platform solutions.
- Strong understanding of Azure services, Microsoft 365, and integration patterns.
- Experience with ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) in Power Platform.
- Proven ability to design scalable and maintainable enterprise solutions.
- DevOps Knowledge of Pipelines, releases, User Stories, and PowerShell Scripts.
- Design Solutions / Translate business requirements to technical solutions.
- Experience with Data Fabric.
- Managing a technical team and writing technical documents.
- Certification in PL-400, PL 600, MB-210, MB-220, MB-230, MB-240, and AZ-900 are essential.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and documentation skills.
