Main Responsibilities:
- Transportation Operations Management: Manage transportation operations, including RFQ activities, supplier relationships, and vendor onboarding.
- Logistics Data Analysis: Analyze logistics data to optimize carrier performance, identify trends, and implement improvements.
- Supply Chain Governance: Implement governance and process controls to ensure data accuracy in the TMS.
- Contract Management: Enhance contract management systems within the TMS for improved visibility and tracking.
- Carrier Integration: Ensure effective EDI integrations with carriers.
- Operational Support: Provide operational support to the Control Tower and other teams as needed.
- Process Improvement: Continuously improve logistics processes and procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain or a related field.
- Minimum 6 years' experience in transportation/logistics and data analysis.
- Exceptional analytical skills and ability to create insights from data.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with TMS software (SAP and/or Mercurygate preferred).
