Senior Digital Experience Designer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Digital Experience Designer to join our Digital Product team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for designing user-centered and visually engaging interfaces that enhance the user journey across web and mobile platforms.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of digital design work that showcases their ability to craft intuitive and impactful user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design user-centered and visually engaging interfaces that adhere to brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective UX/UI solutions.
  • Assist in planning and conducting user research, usability testing, and gathering insights to inform and iterate on design decisions.
  • Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs to support product development.
  • Maintain consistency by working within established design systems, while contributing to their evolution with fresh ideas and improvements.
Requirements:
  • Relevant third-level qualification in design or a related field.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design.
  • Proficiency in Figma (or similar design tools such as Sketch or Adobe XD).
  • Experience with user research, usability testing, and interpreting analytics to guide design decisions.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
