Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive pre-operative and post-operative care, ensuring patient safety and well-being.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, prioritizing patient-centered approaches.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes and experience.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation, adhering to hospital policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Hold current registration as a Registered General Nurse in the General Nurse Division of the Register of Nurses kept by the Nursing & Midwifery Board of Ireland [NMBI].
- Have a minimum of 1-2 years' experience working in acute hospital settings.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
