Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and compliant operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the maintenance team, ensuring all equipment and facilities are well-maintained and running efficiently.
  • Schedule maintenance in advance, coordinating with production and quality control teams to minimize downtime during maintenance access.
  • Use a workload planner to balance tasks across the team and ensure timely completion of work orders.
  • Prioritize and assign work to engineers and contractors to support production requirements.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, or related field).
  • At least 5 years' experience in maintenance and people management, preferably in a GMP pharma/biotech setting.
  • Strong knowledge of EU GMP regulations, particularly Annex 1 and Annex 15.
  • Proficiency in computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS), ideally eMaint.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with utilities and cleanroom systems (e.g., HVAC, purified water, steam, compressed gases).
