  • A thorough pre-departure vehicle inspection
  • Following established routes and time schedules

Responsibilities also include resolving customer queries and maintaining effective working relationships.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of one year's experience driving an HGV
  • An excellent driving record with no accidents
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A valid CPC Refuse lorry qualification

A strong ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines is essential.
