Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Insurance Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Prospecting and upselling our range of products to achieve sales targets.
  • Handling customer queries and referring unresolved or technical queries to the relevant department.
  • Completing relevant industry qualifications and continuing professional development hours as required.
  • Participating in various office tasks and being flexible to meet business needs.
  • Renewal follow-ups, revisions, and identifying sales opportunities, cover/rate improvements, as necessary.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum APA or CIP qualification.
  • CPD in line with Minimum Competency requirements.
  • Proven sales and customer service experience.
  • Previous insurance/financial services experience is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Passion and drive to work within the insurance industry.
