**Job Overview**

Redwood Publishing Recruitment is seeking highly skilled Editors to join our client's established editorial team. The successful candidates will work in all areas of the editorial process, from commissioning through to significant refinement in content, design, and layout, to final printing.

The role will involve liaising directly with educators; editing and rewriting text and enhancing layout. Line by line editing is a crucial element of this role as is a strong interest in the precise presentation of finished documents.

This is a highly interesting, rewarding, and varied role that comprises many elements from the beginning to the end of the process.

The ideal candidates will have strong attention to detail, proficiency in MS Word, and demonstrable editorial experience in copyediting/proofreading. Ideally, they will have experience within the education sector in the subjects of German, Maths, or Irish, and a willingness to adapt and learn on the job.
