Senior Social Care Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Social Care Professional to join our team in Rivendell, West Waterford, Tralee, and Killarney.

Job Overview

As a Senior Social Care Professional, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to vulnerable children and young adults.

You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that promote the physical, emotional, and social well-being of service users.

  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders.
  • Assess and address the needs of service users through comprehensive assessments and care planning.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior staff members to ensure they have the skills and confidence to deliver high-quality care.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum Level 7 qualification in Social Care or equivalent.
  • Registration or eligibility for registration with CORU.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • A flexible and reliable approach to work, with a commitment to delivering high-quality care at all times.
