Job Title: Healthcare Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our care team as a Healthcare Assistant.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and making a positive impact on the lives of others.

About the Role:
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for providing personal care support to individuals in their own homes, promoting independence and dignity.
  • They will work closely with our experienced team to deliver tailored care plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as well as a non-judgmental approach and empathy towards clients and their families.
Requirements:
  • QQI Level 5 Modules: Care Skills/Healthcare Support, Care of the Older Person
  • OR 1+ year of care experience and a willingness to complete the two modules
  • Good spoken and written English
  • Driving is an advantage, but non-drivers will be considered
  • Must have legal right to work in Ireland - sponsorship is not available
