\The Head of Financial Risk is responsible for overseeing the firm's second line of defence, reporting directly to the Chief Risk Officer.
This role requires expertise in capital markets trading, quantitative risk measurement techniques, and risk management processes, including the development, maintenance, and embedding of risk frameworks and policies.
The ideal candidate should have significant experience in a 2nd line financial risk role and possess excellent organisational skills, stakeholder management, and people management skills.
