Virtual Business Development Manager Opportunity

This exciting remote role is designed for individuals who excel in phone sales and have a passion for helping clients secure the right life insurance coverage. As a Virtual Business Development Manager, you will work 100% remotely using our proven sales system with pre-set appointments and a script that takes the guesswork out of the sale.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct high-volume phone sales appointments with pre-qualified inbound leads
  • Follow a fully scripted process from intro to close
  • Help clients choose the right life insurance coverage (final expense, mortgage protection, term, etc.)
  • Efficiently submit applications electronically and maintain accurate client information within our CRM
  • Participate actively in weekly team training and development calls

Requirements
  • Active Life Insurance License (non-negotiable)
  • Previous experience in phone or remote sales is advantageous
  • Confidence in utilizing scripts and handling objections
  • Self-motivation and organization in a work-from-home setting
  • Willingness to be coached and take consistent action towards goals
Compensation Structure
  • Commission-only role with performance-based promotions available
  • Top earners achieve €75,000–€120,000+ per year, along with monthly bonuses and incentive trips
