As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving targets within your designated territory.

The Job Description:

  1. Bid on new retail space opportunities across various formats including independents, multiple retailers, discounters and online stores.
  2. Design and execute local promotions, events, demos and merchandising displays to drive incremental sales and improve brand visibility.
  3. Monitor competitor activity and stay up to date on relevant industry trends.
  4. Build strong relationships with all stakeholders across the organisation to drive alignment and ensure that sales strategy aligns with company objectives.
  5. Analyse sales data to identify business opportunities and provide recommendations to senior management.
  6. Represent Executive Edge at trade shows and external meetings to promote products and build relationships with suppliers and customers.

The Requirements:

  1. Proven track record of successful sales performance and leadership.
  2. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  5. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
