Job Title

We are seeking a Data Insights Specialist to play a pivotal role in unlocking business potential. This position will serve as a trusted analytics partner, helping to drive strategic decision-making across the organisation.

  • Translate business questions into actionable data analysis.
  • Deliver insights quickly and accurately using available data assets.
Key Responsibilities

Analytics Delivery

  • Perform deep-dive analysis across audience behaviour, ad revenue, content performance, and marketing effectiveness.
  • Identify and report data anomalies or pipeline issues, collaborating with the central data team to resolve them.

Local Enablement & Advocacy

  • Support the adoption of data tools and products within the business, helping stakeholders understand and trust the data.
  • Act as a bridge between local teams and the central Data function, raising needs, feedback, or data opportunities.
Requirements

Skills and Qualifications

  • 3+ years in data analysis or business intelligence roles, ideally in media, marketing, digital product, or commercial environments.
  • Strong SQL skills, confident writing performant queries and joining data sets.
  • Comfortable with modern data stacks (e.g. GCP, BigQuery, Snowflake) and visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI, Looker, Tableau).
