Job Title: Investor And Distributor Services Associate
">We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented candidate to join our team as an Investor and Distributor Services Associate. This is an exceptional opportunity to develop and grow with exposure to all aspects of Investor and Distributor Services in a dynamic cross-border environment.

- Complete all tasks, including handling complex calls and queries, to a high quality, to meet client requirements in a timely and accurate manner.">
- Quality control of transactions processed and client correspondence.">
- Ensure business standards and client deadlines are met on a consistent basis.">
- Escalate client issues where necessary.">
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of various management and client reporting.">
Required Skills and Qualifications:
">A Bachelor's degree or above. Strong attention to detail and ability to complete work 'right first time' against daily deadlines. Excellent customer service skills and a 'can do' attitude with strong written and oral communication skills.
