We are seeking an experienced Mid-Market Sales Manager to lead a high-performing team of Account Executives who drive growth in the EMEA region.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of scaling business across the EMEA region and will be able to accurately forecast team performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage, coach, and scale a team of Account Executives to achieve sales targets
  • Assist your team in strategic sales cycles by understanding customer needs and mapping them to the value of Rippling
  • Monitor sales performance, including activity, pipelines, monthly forecasts, and closed-deals to ensure quota attainment
  • Regularly report on team and individual results through pipeline management and forecasting
  • Identify and implement improvements in process, efficiency, and productivity
Requirements:
  • Fluent in both English and French
  • Proven sales management experience in tech sales, with 3-5 years of experience
  • Experience scaling business across the EMEA region
  • Able to accurately forecast team performance
  • Motivated with a desire to learn and have a strong work ethic
