Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled BIM expert to join our team in Wexford, Ireland.

About the Role

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in 3D modeling and experience working with architects, engineers and managers.
  • Key responsibilities include creating, updating and coordinating 3D models to ensure accuracy, consistency and compliance with industry standards.
  • Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail in modelling, documentation and coordination are essential for this role.

Main Responsibilities

Create accurate and coordinated 3D models of structural, MEP and other building systems while ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve design conflicts and conduct clash detection.

Develop and enforce BIM execution plans, guidelines and best practices while auditing models for quality and compliance.

Utilize BIM tools to identify and resolve design conflicts early on and share reports with stakeholders.

Maintain accurate BIM documentation and provide progress updates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering or construction management.
  • 3-5 years experience in BIM roles within construction, architecture or engineering projects.
  • Proficient in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD and BIM project management tools.
  • Strong understanding of architectural, structural and MEP systems integration within BIM workflows.
  • Analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail in modelling, documentation and coordination.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
