Senior Clinical Nurse Manager

Lead a team in delivering high-quality nursing care with a focus on biopsychosocial informed care for patients with mental disorders.
Main Responsibilities- Ensure the highest standards of quality and safety are maintained across all services.
- Comply with local regulations, company policies, and procedures at all times.
- Utilize IT systems responsibly and maintain the highest level of infection control standards.
- Assess patient care needs, develop and implement individualized care plans, and support nursing staff effectively.
- Conduct thorough nursing assessments, participate in ward rounds, and ensure high standards of nursing care during medical procedures.
- Maintain patient rights under the Mental Health Act, assist the Director of Nursing, and complete supervision and appraisals as necessary.
- Exercise leadership within the service to promote sound organization and effective communication among teams.
Requirements: Registration with the Psychiatric Division of NMBI, post-registration qualification in healthcare management, experience in psychiatric nursing and management, exceptional organizational and communication skills, ability to empathize with others, willingness to collaborate with multiple departments.
