Job Title: Building Surveyor Professional
We are seeking a talented Building Surveyor to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for conducting technical due diligence surveys, defect analysis, dilapidations, building refurbishment and construction monitoring.
">Job Description:"- Conduct thorough technical due diligence surveys to assess the condition of buildings.
- Carry out detailed defect analysis to identify areas requiring repair or replacement.
- Prepare comprehensive reports detailing findings and recommendations.
- Work with clients to agree upon repairs and maintenance plans.
Our ideal candidate will possess a Level 8 qualification in Building Surveying/Post Grad Route and have excellent communication skills, a can-do attitude, and strong IT and organisational abilities.
Requirements:"- Level 8 Qualification in Building Surveying/Post Grad Route.
- Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently using own initiative.
- Organised task manager who can handle multiple deadlines concurrently.
