About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering high-quality care and a strong background in healthcare or social care. As a Client Care Supervisor, you'll be responsible for supervising and supporting a team of caregivers, ensuring compliance with care plans and service standards. You'll also conduct regular assessments and evaluations of client needs and satisfaction, coordinate scheduling, and maintain accurate records and documentation related to client care and staff performance.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support a team of caregivers
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of client needs and satisfaction
- Coordinate scheduling and allocate resources effectively
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to client care and staff performance
- Serve as a liaison between clients, families, and healthcare professionals
Requirements:
- QQI level 5 (major award) qualified in a Healthcare related field and Level 6 certified
- Relevant health or social care background
- Caring and empathetic nature
- Experience within homecare/healthcare desirable
- Full clean driving license and own car required
