About the Role

This is a permanent part-time role with a flexible schedule, including weekends, mornings, and evening shifts. As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will report to the Restaurant Manager & Operations Manager, working closely with the kitchen team to maintain high-quality food presentation and service standards.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise restaurant, bar, and event operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain exceptional food quality and presentation standards.
  • Deliver professional and welcoming guest experiences by anticipating and responding to guest needs.
  • Train, support, and motivate the food and beverage team to uphold service excellence.
  • Review guest reservations and special requests to provide personalized experiences.
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve service-related issues promptly and professionally.
  • Assist in stock control, ordering, and compliance with food safety regulations.
