The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the department, ensuring excellent communication exists within their team, and maintaining a good working relationship with other departments. They will also be accountable for the service standards and hygiene standards in our Food & Beverage outlets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maximize revenue by effective management of the hotel's operations across the food and beverage outlets.
  • Managing payroll costs of this department.
  • To organize the efficient operation of all Food & Beverage outlets in the hotel.
  • Staff communication and training.
  • Further development of the department.

The ideal candidate will have excellent IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office and Excel, and knowledge of Volante system is an advantage. They must also possess exceptional attention to detail, organisational, negotiation and communication skills, and fluency in spoken and written English.
