About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and caring individual to work alongside our team members in providing support services to individuals with intellectual disabilities. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in assisting service users in all aspects of daily living, from personal care and meal preparation to household management and promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
Key Responsibilities- Provide support and assistance to service users in all areas of daily living, including personal care, meal preparation, and household management.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to provide high-quality support services and promote the overall well-being of service users.
- Maintain accurate records of service user interactions, progress, and any concerns or issues that may arise.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of personalized care plans that cater to the unique needs and aspirations of each service user.
