As an integral part of the export team, you will be responsible for managing daily Accounts Receivable ledger activities and ensuring timely period-end close processes. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing day-to-day AR ledger operations for export markets.
  • Coordinating customer order releases, including restricted markets and letter of credit customers.
  • Collections and cash management applications.
  • Refunds and write-offs management.
  • Engaging with direct customers and local markets on all AR activities.
  • Providing AR analysis and reporting.
  • Reconciliations related to AR owned accounts.
  • Managing bad debt process.
  • Ensuring sales deductions in relation to AR are effectively managed.
  • Performing period-end activities, including revenue recognition.
  • Maintaining Global Trade & Compliance controls for sanction markets.
  • Customer commercial letters of credit management.
  • Delivering local, GAAP, and corporate audit deliverables.
  • Identifying opportunities for continuous process improvement and innovative solutions.
  • Supporting ongoing Pfizer initiatives.

Applicants should have experience in Accounts Receivable and a background in accounting would be beneficial.
