Privacy Expert Position

At a prominent corporation, we are seeking an experienced privacy expert to join our team. This is a key role in our corporate functions where you will be responsible for providing expert advice and support in the handling of sensitive data complaints and queries.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive guidance on privacy laws and standards.
  • Assist with escalations, respond to regulator inquiries and investigations, and support compliance frameworks.

You will work independently and collaboratively with numerous people at all levels throughout the company. Key qualities include sound judgment, flexibility, and adaptability to manage multiple matters and conflicting deadlines.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-7 years of experience in privacy law, preferably in a legal or business environment.
  • Knowledge of comprehensive privacy laws and regulations.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Excellent written and verbal skills in English, with additional European languages a plus.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively at all levels.
  • Sound business judgment and flexibility/adaptability to manage multiple matters and conflicting deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify, prioritise, and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
