Job Summary;

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Administrator to join our team. As a key member of the logistics operations, you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day supply chain and logistics activities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Supporting cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and stock accuracy
  • Collaborating with suppliers and internal departments to resolve issues
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation for audit compliance
  • Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the department
  • Using SAP to manage inventory, stock movements, and order processing

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a supply chain, logistics, or similar administrative role
  • Strong working knowledge of SAP
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Work Arrangements:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Semi-flexi working hours (between 7am–5.30pm)
