About the Role- Lead on restructuring, succession planning, and transaction support projects for SMEs and corporate clients.
- Manage the delivery of tax compliance work, ensuring high standards and efficient processes across the team.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to business owners and stakeholders.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing tax team.
- Drive business development initiatives and contribute to the firm's strategic growth.
Critical Skills and Qualifications:
- CTA qualified (or equivalent) with 8+ years' experience in practice.
- Proven experience managing both advisory and compliance projects.
- Excellent client relationship skills with a strong commercial awareness.
- Experience leading teams and developing junior talent.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and proactive approach to business development.
