A strong focus on compliance with food safety, health & safety, and environmental standards is paramount.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, and safety, will be crucial in ensuring alignment and effective implementation of maintenance and project goals. Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) or equivalent experience;
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in maintenance and capital project management, preferably within the food manufacturing or FMCG industry;
  • Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and automation systems;
  • Proven track record in project management, team leadership, and regulatory compliance (HACCP, GMP);
