We are seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable fitness professional to join our team in Dublin. As a key member of our fitness team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality fitness experiences to our members, inspiring them to reach their goals and achieve their best.
Main Responsibilities:- Deliver one-on-one appointments and group fitness classes, providing personalized guidance and support to our members
- Consistently interact with all members, building strong relationships and fostering a positive gym environment
- Maintain and present equipment in line with industry standards, ensuring a safe and welcoming space for all
- Promote and run fitness activities and events effectively, driving engagement and participation among our members
- Listen to member feedback and concerns, using this information to inform and improve our services
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport with people from all walks of life
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others
- Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work varied hours and cover for colleagues as needed
- Knowledge of the latest industry innovations and trends, with a passion for staying up-to-date on new developments
- Ability to think creatively and contribute to our dynamic team culture
