Job Title: Asset InspectorWe are seeking an experienced and skilled Asset Inspector to join our team.
About the Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering an annual Inspection program for Response Maintenance and Planned Scheme contracts, as well as ad-hoc health-check reviews of Asset Management processes throughout Northern Ireland.
Key Responsibilities:- To conduct regular inspections of assets to ensure they are in good working condition.
- To identify any potential issues or risks and implement corrective actions.
- To develop and maintain asset management plans to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- To work closely with the Technical Inspection Manager to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address these.
