A leading position in manufacturing technical management is available, requiring strategic vision and expertise in product development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement design for manufacturing (DFM) strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and ensure products meet customer needs.
- Lead process optimization initiatives to enhance product quality and reliability.
- Identify and address manufacturing challenges, proposing design improvements to stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams, with a strong understanding of hardware, software, and package development.
- Proven track record in technical product or program management, including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and critical path management.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with fluency in English.
- Bachelor's degree or above in engineering.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in manufacturing process design and production process development, with knowledge of lean manufacturing and six sigma principles.
- Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules.
- Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to manage global operations for technology and consumer product companies.
- Familiarity with smart home and IoT technologies and markets.
- Ability to work independently and travel frequently.
